Progress

We eat and eat and eat, never filling the void. What's your void?

OMGG... Lost 1/2 lb already?! It's only been one day. Ecstatic! Will continue with plan:

1) Eat 25% less than I normally eat.

2) No eating past 6:00 p.m

3) Affirmations morning and evening through AOL Alert reminders.

4) Self massage lower back, tummy, and sides of waist. Stretches while watching T.V. (at least an hour).

5) Hold tummy in when standing, walking, and sitting.

6) Comfort self by taking time to sip on warm camomile tea before bed.
