THOU SHALT NOT REBEL AGAINST DIETING.
I am surprised to report that my fast went very well. The good news is that as a result of the fast, my tummy has gone down some. Yay
Instead of continuing to focus on my ideal weight, I am trying to get back to the weight where I was before my back problems acted up again! How sick is that?! I am getting pretty tired of losing the same pounds over and over again. It's time to do some serious dieting here. I was too close to keep on doing backward flips. I should have weighed myself before the fast. I like to see progress!
Today, I find myself more seriously committed to reaching my ideal weight. Although I am feeling hungry, it is my first day back to total committment. I have to keep in mind that it will take a few days for my body to adjust to eating less, but if I cheat, I will take me longer to break free from the Glass Box.
Back to Plan B.

The first day back to dieting is always the hardest. I too have lost the same weight over and over again. Hopefully, this time will be the last time. Good luck Win, I know you can do it.
