AWAKENING

What's up with all this bloating and feeling like a stuffed tamale?! It was bad enough that I was the only employment specialist at work yesterday, but to top it off, I felt and looked terrible. Sighhhh...

I have pretty clothes, but I keep wearing the ones that fit. It would be nice to be able to wear clothes from my own closet. I dont know about you, but for me, what I wear does make a difference in the way I feel.

There are a few diets that I have always wanted to try, but I never gotten around to it. I thought I had translated all of them and saved them into MS Word, but when I went to retrieve them, I noticed that they were incomplete, so I surfed the internet to get more info. Looks like the same doctor also has a rapid weight loss diet. It is a four-week diet.

I have decided that I am going to try it, so I've translated it into Engish and made out my grocery list for the week. Yes, here you find me once more, playing the game of the guinea pig. Sighhhhhh... If it works, I will post the diet.

Love the painting of the Salutation to the Sun above. It has inspired me to hunt for my Yoga videos. It would be nice to re-learn how to do it and practice doing it every morning upon rising...

I used to do that.

Why have I become so hurried in life that I have forgotten to take better care of myself?!#

I know what you mean about the clothes. Alot of my summer clothes from last year are too tight, and I refuse to buy new ones. I have lost 3 pounds this week being on 1200 calories, so I am on the right track.
I hope that this diet that you are going on works for you.
