This is part of the popular Dr Bolio's diets that encourage you to eat to achieve the body you want. I started yesterday. The following diet is for the abdomen and waist. So far, this one makes me feel like I am cheating.
Rising: 5oz flavored yogurt.
Breakfast: 2oz pancake w/2t butter/margarine, 6t syrup, 8oz 2% milk.
Snack: piece of fruit.
Lunch: Sandwich: 2 slices wheat bread, 2oz chicken breast, 1T mayo, 6oz juice.
Snack: piece of fruit.
Supper: 4oz chicken or beef, 1c veggies, 1/2 c rice, 6oz juice.
Before bed: 5oz flavored yogurt.
